Last night. So there I was, on the couch, at home, after a rousing session of D&D with the guys. I was planning to read my book, and listen to some classical music in the background. I flipped the TV to “Music on Demand” section, thinking that I was in the right place. Nope. I accidentally ran into a list of videos that I could watch. It was like having GOOD OLD MTV at my fingertips. I have not watched MTV in years…simply because they don’t play videos anymore. I started watching MTV2, when it came out, and it was all videos all the time. Now it is a shell of it’s former self. Why do bands even make videos anymore? Oh yeah…Yahoo.com videos.

Anyway, I watched about 2 solid hours of videos. I had to watch everyone that was from any band or artist I had ever heard of. The best was old Britney Spears, or should I say YOUNG, because she looked about 12 when she did “Hit Me Baby One More Time”. It was still pretty hot, though. I watched it twice. They also had a really nice metal section full of Pantera, Otep, Slipknot, and Slayer. They even had Napalm Death…so awesome! Then I watched Britney Spears again…I like the school girl uniform part. OH and when she was…sorry…I’ll shut up now.

There was a song listed called “SexyBack”. According to the list, Justin Timberlake sings it. I thought to myself, “Self, there might be nice looking BACKS, as in BUTTS, in this video. Possibly even SEXY BACKS.” So I played it. As the song started I recognized it from when my wife will drag me out “Clubbin’” once in while. That strange part is that I always thought a chick sang the song. Then I remembered that JT used to be in a boy band. That explains the girly sound.
